My name is Elaine Alexander and I have worked as a Reiki and Energy healer for over 20 years. Throughout that period of healing clients through Reiki and Energy Healing I came to realise that there was something more that may be preventing clients from healing fully, as a result of this I have added Past Life Regression to my therapies over the last three years.
The service I offer is a blended healing practice which is guided by each client who I ensure receives a holistic approach and determined by their needs, lifestyle and conditions in a gentle, supportive and relaxing way.
Past Life Regression
A therapy which soothingly guides the client to a state of calm and deep relaxation where they can recall an earlier time in a current or in a past life.
It is not a pre-requisite for the client to believe in past lives or re-incarnation for the therapy to work. Whether a client attends for a particular condition or just out of curiosity, just the act of observing a past life may help a client heal because it helps them to better understand why they struggle with certain things.

Reiki
The founder of Reiki is Dr. Mikao Usui and coming from the Japanese word Rei = meaning 'life' and Ki = meaning energy. In working with Golden Energy it is a non-invasive, gentle, nurturing healing therapy which works at all levels such as, emotional, physical, spiritual and mental. It also helps to trigger the natural healing ability of the client. It has the ability to move the client from an anxious into a more relaxed state of mind and can help with (but not excluding), general wellbeing feeling, balancing chakra system, anxiety

Channelled Energy Healing
Working with the same Golden Energy it is a practice that channels the healing energy. Similar to Reiki it is a gentle and nurturing therapy which helps restore, re-balance, and improve harmony within the body of a client during treatment which may result in the capacity to trigger self healing. There is no requirement to be spiritual to receive this energy all it requires is for you to be open and receptive to the channelled golden healing energy.
